How Custom Orders Work
01 — Share Your Idea
Tell us what you’d like to create. You can share your idea, reference pictures, preferred colours, size, and any other details.
02 — Let’s Discuss
We’ll review your request and get back to you with the available options, estimated price, and approximate making time.
03 — Confirm Your Order
Once the design, price, and details are agreed upon, your custom order will be confirmed.
04 — We Get Crafting!
Your piece is then handmade especially for you, with lots of tiny stitches and plenty of love. 💗
05 — Ready to Meet You
Once your custom piece is completed, it will be carefully packed and shipped to you.
Before You Place a Custom Order
Because every custom piece is handmade from scratch:
- Custom orders may take longer than ready-to-ship products.
- The final product may have small handmade variations from reference images or sketches.
- Custom orders are started only after the order details and payment are confirmed.
- Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
- Custom-made products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or have an issue covered by our return policy.
